While we develop our solutions to work on all devices that may be in use in schools, some older hardware may cause issues with the advanced functionality of our solutions. For example, we have identified that some first-generation iPad mini wifi+cellular devices may cause delays in Windows Screen Broadcast in Classroom Orchestrator that, at times, impact the whole group. Should you experience such delays, simply have students on older hardware close their browsers; you can do this one-by-one until the delays stop to identify the culprit device(s).
